Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto launched Bridgestone Tech Check earlier this year with a renewed promise to the Australian market of ‘Go with Confidence’, and motorists have confidently rated the network with five stars across all of Canstar Blue’s criteria: overall satisfaction, communication, customer service, effectiveness, value for money, cost transparency and efficiency.
According to Canstar Blue editor-in-chief, Christine Seib, Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto was a cut above the competition in the annual rankings.
“Canstar Blue sometimes describes its consumer satisfaction ratings as like asking hundreds or even thousands of friends for a recommendation, and there’s probably few services Australians are more likely to ask a recommendation on than where to get their car serviced. So being named Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers – Car Servicing Chains 2023 winner is a real achievement,” Ms Seib said.
“Bridgestone received five stars for every rating factor, including overall satisfaction, from its own customers. Importantly, not only did customers say Bridgestone’s car servicing itself was efficient and effective, Bridgestone got top marks for factors that are key to trust: customer service, communication, cost transparency and value for money. Basically, what you’d expect from a garage recommended by a really great mate!”
Bridgestone Tech Check
Bridgestone Tech Check allows customers to receive a technician’s view of their car. The technician provides a 60-second condition report of the vehicle with expert commentary, highlighting what needs repairing now, and what can wait.
The concept was launched to tackle the age old challenge of trustworthiness within the car-serving industry, and Bridgestone Australia & New Zealand Managing Director, Heath Barclay believes the Canstar Blue award highlights the trust it is instilling in Australians.
