The South Coast Caravan Camping & Holiday Expo will follow on from record crowds at the recent Penrith Caravan, Camping & Holiday Expo.
Fantastic pre-summer sales drove record breaking crowds to the Penrith Caravan, Camping & Holiday Expo earlier this month. As these sales continue, similar results are expected at the South Coast Caravan Camping & Holiday Expo from 5-7 November at Mackay Park in Batemans Bay.
Barry Baillie, CEO of the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA) said that the South Coast Expo is a popular event each year that attracts large crowds to browse a range of recreational vehicles and caravan and holiday park displays.
Pre- summer sales assure that show goers receive the best bang for their buck on all the latest caravan, RV and camping products and services.
“These record breaking visitor numbers can also be attributed to the increasing popularity of caravan and camping holidays. Caravan and camping tourism has been the fastest growing domestic tourism sector in Australia for the past 10 years” said Mr Barry Baillie.
The recent National Visitor Survey established that although the number of visitor nights in NSW decreased by 505 000 over a period of 12 months, visitor nights staying in a caravan park or commercial camping ground in NSW increased by 635 000 nights over the same period.*
Caravan, RV and Accommodation Industry of Australia’s (CRVA) research further supports this determining that the production of caravans and RV’s has more than quadrupled since the 1990’s.
The South Coast Expo will feature exhibitors displaying the latest models of caravans, motorhomes, camper trailers, campervans, 5th wheelers, camping equipment and tents, 4WD products and accessories, holiday destinations and tourist parks, and more for the avid traveller to browse and buy.
Celebrating its 9th year, the South Coast Expo annually drives tourism to the South Coast suburb of Batemans Bay and its surrounds.
With free parking for all visitors and great entertainment for the young – and the young at heart – the South Coast Expo is a fantastic family fun day out for all.

actually many kind of camping trip. like me i love in any kind of travel-adventure trip. and that’s because i always love to bring my cheap camping tents that i bought awhile ago. It’s awesome because it’s a guaranteed tent. even many storm passes away in our travel-adventure trip. hehe JOKE..
